    static superDOM order hand is suddenly very small

    Last week I placed my first order of the morning on the superDOM and when I went to move my stop I noticed that the cursor hand--the hand the arrow cursor transform into when adjusting an order--was extremely small. I have not changed any settings on my NT or updated it (currently running 7.0.1000.31 on Windows 10). Is there any reason that this would have happened and how can I return it back to its default size? I'm finding the change quite distracting, since I'm so accustomed to my habits.

    I will attach a photo of my screen for reference.

    Hello writeph,
    The cursor options are associated directly with the WIndows options for the cursors within NinjaTrader. Can you please uninstall and reinstall the platform to test if the default reverts? This will also upgrade you to the latest version of NinjaTrader 7 as well.
    To perform a basic uninstall and reinstall:

    - Close NinjaTrader
    - Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features
    - From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 or 8 and click Remove.
    - Once these steps are completed, download and install NinjaTrader from the link below:

      Hi NinjaTrader_RyanM,

      I followed your instructions, uninstalled NT7 and re-installed an upgraded NT7, and unfortunately the problem remains. What steps can or should I take next? Do you know why or how this unwanted cursor change occurred?

        Hello writeph,
        Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

        - Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        - Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        - Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        - Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

        Within the body of the email please add:
        ATTN RyanM
