    Bolliger Bands Settings

    Hi everyone.
    Pls HELP.

want to set # of standart deviations for Bollinger bands on a tick chart
0.618 - but the system says "0.618 is not a valid value for Double."
    and stays an error .

Quite sure it was possible sometime ago.
    Maybe I do smth wrong.

Tried to make it with a comma - "0,618" but it seems to plot smth different

    Any info will be great

    Thanx !

0.618 is a valid value for Bollinger's '# of std. dev.' property.

Since a comma character worked (no error), I suspect your PC's region settings automatically use a comma instead of a period to notate a decimal symbol. You'll need to switch your PC's regional number format so that a period is used to notate a decimal symbol. Here is a screenshot example of where to find this setting on a Windows 10 (and maybe other versions) PC:

The calculation will likely be the same whether or not you choose to change your PC's decimal symbol.
