The fact that the Control console and Indicator panel has highlighting behind the dark skin makes it difficult to read some text

Please add the ability to make the background color in the skin a solid background ( solid black for example)

the text circled in red is very hard to read due to the varying contrast

We will be implementing "slate" (non gradient) versions for the light and dark skins in next beta release.
