Chart trader ATM Order cancelling

Hello,

when using an ATM with chart trader and I have eg a short trade with a stop at eg 62.55 and a new short entry limit working at 62.58 then immediately with stopout of the current trade the new entry limit is cancelled also. Why? I want to be in a new trade once the limit is triggered after the stopout. I have to make a new limit manually always after the stopout. Why is the new limit cancelled as described or what do I have to change to avoid the cancelling of the new entry limit with stopout of current trade please.

Hello Tony,

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the locations below.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->log

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->trace

Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, Chart trader ATM Order cancelling' in the subject field.

Please include around what time the entry limit was cancelled and what instrument you traded.
