Can't login to AMP futures via NT

Is anyone else seeing this connecting to AMP Futures from NT 7? Was connected yesterday.

"Login Failed. An unspecified error occurred. Please contact Support Desk".

These connection issues occurred briefly this morning but now appear to be resolved. There were no changes made by NinjaTrader before, during, or after the issue occurred.

NinjaTrader's servers experienced no downtime, and the issue was isolated to CQG-based connections. However, we could successfully connect to CQG on our end. This means CQG servers were also not the root of the issue.

Our suspicion is that there were regional internet service provider routing issues which caused an issue between the client's PC and CQG's servers.

This is a friendly reminder to always have your broker's emergency Orders Desk number/email on hand just in case an issue out of your control prevents you from managing your orders/positions. NinjaTrader's Order Desk contact information can be found here:
