global draw objects
Is there a way to draw global lines or draw objects from an indicator? For example, if I have an indicator on one chart that gives a signal, can I have it draw a global object on the other charts of the same instrument?
Thanks -
Hello mkoning,
Yes, this would be possible. From within an indicator, you would use a syntax for Draw.Line that included the property for isGlobal, for example,
Draw.Line(NinjaScriptBase owner, string tag, bool isAutoScale, int startBarsAgo, double startY, int endBarsAgo, double endY, bool isGlobal, string templateName)
Passing true, for the parameter would make the line global.
Please see Draw.Line section of our helpguide,
Please let us know if you need further assistance.Alan P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
