Error downloading replay data..

Hi,

I am experiencing an error whenever I try to download market replay data from utilities. It says, "Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later"

My version of NT7 is 7.0.1000.37. I've restarted my computer and modem and re-installed NT7 but it still doesn't work.

I sent my log file and trace folder (12/16/17, date of error) to platform (at) ninjatrader (dot) com.

Please let me know if you can help me and if you need anything else.

I am not currently able to reproduce any errors downloading Market Replay data. Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this behavior?

Hello everyone,

I have not been able to reproduce these errors on my end, please send us your log and trace files so that we can investigate this matter further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
