Feature Request: Create a Workspace Editor

From time-to-time, I want to move things between workspaces.

For example, I may have a complex workspace that I want to split into two (or more) separate workspaces. Or I may create a variety of things in one workspace that I then want to group together.

Create a Workspace Editor with the following abilities (at least):

• List all workspaces
• Create a new workspace (initially empty)
• Clone a workspace from an existing workspace
• Delete a workspace
• List all items in a workspace
• Clone a workspace item from an existing workspace item, either in the same workspace or a different workspace
• Delete a workspace item
• Move workspace items between workspaces (drag'n'drop)
• Group specific items in a workspace together so they are treated as a single entity for Show/Hide etc
• Re-order items in a workspace (this affects the order in which they display and build, which can be important)
• Edit a workspace item's properties; things like size, location, etc to standardise them
• Make it easy to tile/stack windows of identical shape/size in a regular pattern/grid
• Etc.

I have created a new feature request for this item with ticket ID SFT-3394.
