Display Days Range in Market Analyzer

How do I display the days range of an instrument in market analyser?
As I do not see Range as an option in the columns section.

    Thanks,
    steve

    Hello Steve,

Can you please right click in the Market Analyzer and select 'Columns'. Add an Indicator column and select the Range indicator. Set Type to Day and Value to 1.

Let me know if this will not work for you.

        Hi,
I am trying to set up the same thing on NT 8.
Did the following instructions but it is not working.
What should I do to have in working properly?

Ps. just set it up properly; changed in Calculate from "bar close" to "price change" and done...

          Hi,

I am using NT8 and range of day on market analyzer didn't work for me. Can anyone help ?

PS: already set to on price change, and change to day and set value to 1.

          Thanks.

            Hello tklin0513,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

Who do you connect to for data?
What instrument(s) is running in the Market Analyzer?
Do you see data for the other columns in your Market Analyzer?

I look forward to your response.

              Hi,

My data source is continuum and instruments are 6A/6B/6C/6E/6J/6M/6N/6S/CL/GC/ES/NQ/RTY and YM. All of them don’t show any data. Other columns like ATR(20 days), last price and P/L are normal. Thank you.

                Hello tklin0513,

                Thank you for your response.

Please ensure you have set the following settings as needed:
                • Data Series > Type > Day
                • Data Series > Value > 1
                • Time frame > Load data based on > Days
                • Time frame > Days back > 30

Please see the attached image for reference.

Please let me know if the Range is still not shown as needed.

                  Hi, Patrick,

Somehow it works today, I didn't change anything and just open NT8, I check my setting and only days back value is different from your instruction, now it is only 2 but it works anyway.

                  Thank you.
