Andrews pitchfork draw tool
I downloaded Ninja 8 yesterday to determine if all the features that I normally use with the current Ninja 7 would work okay. I opened up a crude oil chart and tested all the drawing tools. All worked except for the Andrews Pitchfork. If I have a chart up, and select the pitchfork tool, and place the pointer where I want to start the pitchfork, everything seems fine until I actually left click the mouse. What happens is that the entire chart shrinks into one line across the screen. If you look at the vertical price grid on the right side of the screen, the range has changed to great big numbers. The trend tool works fine as do line, ray, fibo retrace, etc etc. The tool that I use most of all is the pitchfork. Any ideas?Tags: None

Hello paulm268,
Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
I look forward to your reply.
