Strategy trades not showing on chart trader

I have a client using a strategy but they say the entry and stoploss do not show up on the chart trader even though they have the chart trader tab enabled.

I have always been able to see all my strategies trades on chart trader...

Any idea what this could be?

Mine always shows in NT7.

I always add my strategy to a chart.

I haven't tried adding the strategy to control center only. I suspect it would show, but I have no proof/recollection.

Have they sent you a screen image to verify correct instrument and chart trader enabled?

I just thought of one thing - they don't have the right account selected in Chart Trader that matches where the strategy is running.

Thanks for your post.

Chart Trader can show the orders and executions of the strategy in NT 7 but you must open another chart to do so. Also, you must ensure that Chart Trader and the strategy are set to the same account.

I have the same issue in NT7 can you let me know how we can see the trades on the charts, i have the right account selected in chart trader and strategy

Welcome to the forums reddy_vasu!

When a strategy is added to a chart, only the trades made by that strategy will be displayed.

If you open a new chart that does not have the strategy added, you can view the execution markers on your when the Chart's Data Series property "Plot Execution Markers" allows the execution markers to be displayed. Please then confirm the correct account is selected in Chart Trader.
