    NT7 x64 stopped pulling ram

    Hi NTs,

    Since about a month ago, my NT7 x64 stopped pulling ram like it used to be, and is actually working like the x86. This is probably an issue with my PC, and thus far I couldn't identify any reason for this.
    I guess you guys have seen this before....?

    Thanks for your post.


    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?


    To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.


    Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

      Hi NTs,

      Just to sum up - the only solution that I have found, which enhance NT7 performance more than x10 fold was rolling back to Net Framework 4.6, and blocking Windows 10 from reinstalling the 4.7 version.
      There is probably some interference of v. 4.7 affecting the 3.5 version required for NT.
      I hope this may help others.
