Cancellation problems when using account groups

Hi. I use an IB adviser account to trade two client accounts simultaneously. NT replicates this functionality with its account group feature. My only problem is the lack of a rapid means by which to cancel orderswithin a particular DOM instance across all accounts. The red Xs will only cancel an order in one of the accounts within a group. This is extremely inconvenient when trying to place/modify/cancel orders rapidly infast markets. The Cancel All Orders through right click menu will cancel orders in all accounts, but it's relatively slowand it cancels all orders on all accountsANDacross all instruments, which is undesirable.

Please consider implementing the following in the near future:

    1) An option to have the red X in the DOM (the little ones on the price ladder) cancel a particular orderacross all accounts in the selected group. This obviously would make no difference for a single account scenario. Also, it would only affect a single order. For example, the red X ona YM limit buy order at 12230 would cancel that particular order across all the accounts in the group; any other orders in the DOM -- stops, other limit orders, etc. -- would be unaffected.

    2) Expand the functionality of the Close and Flat buttons, as well as the big red Xson each sideof the price ladder (at the base, beside the "<" and "C" buttons), in thesame manner as described in item 1 -- that is, perform the same function they do currently, but for all accounts in the group.

3)Assignable keystrokes to perform order functions. For example, I would like to assignthefunction of cancelling allorders orclosing a positionin the active DOMto thea keystroke.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    Regards,

Thanks for taking the time to provide your suggestions. This functionality is already on our our list of future features for consideration.

Thanks, Ray. Is there an estimated timeframe for implementation?

          I agree

IMO, as a matter of future improvement to "account groups", the replication of "subsequent modifications and cancellations" made from within a DOM should at least be "attempted" by NinjaTrader. A simple warning message with the appropriate account name might appear if the attempted modifications were not successfull. That way, a trader could always make modifications when necessary via the appropriate DOM as a matter of last resort, while avoiding contact with multiple DOMs the rest of the time, such as in fast moving markets. Of course, I respect the opinions of those who have worked hard to implement this feature in the past and found it to be less than feasible. If the feature ever does get implemented, maybe there should be a user-configurable way to disable it quickly
