    Anyone knows where is GMMA indicator available for MT8?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

    You might look at the NinjaTrader indicator called "Moving Average ribbon" which is now included with the platform (as of NT 8.0.14.0). This provides up to 8 moving average lines with adjustment for spacing and moving average type.

    Also, the indicator RMMA may be similar to GMMA and this has been converted from NT7 to NT8 and can be downloaded from the NT8 indicators section, here is a link: https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...=7&linkid=1057

      Hello,

      I'm looking to create an indicator base on Daryl Guppy's work GMMA. I see a MovingAverageRibbon is already available, but would like to add more EMA's to it and customize some colors.
      The idea would be creating something close to the "SuperGuppy" great work of JustUncleL on TradingView (without the arrows and alerts) :
      * a first group of 11 fast EMAs : 3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23
      * a second group of 16 slow EMAs : 25,28,31,34,37,40,43,46,49,52,55,58,61,64,67,70
      I'm really new to NT8 and kinda lost on the path to do it, just getting more and more compiling errors here...

      Could you help me on this one ? Or as least tell me where to start ?

        Hello Zananas,

        Thanks for your post.

        You could probably use the RMMA indicator I referenced/linked in post #2, apply it twice to get the indicator values you are looking for as identified by the parameters Low, High and step as well as selecting the EMA. You could also apply it once and just use a range of 3 for low and 70 for high and a step of 2 or 3.

        Alternately, you could add individual EMAs to your chart to achieve the same effect but with individual color control and then save a chart template so you can repeat the use more quickly on other charts.
