Unable to access ninjatrader.com without proxy

I cannot access ninjatrader.com (or these forums) without having to go through a proxy server. I performed a tracert test on ninjatrader.com and it appears that the problem is not with my router or ISP but further down the chain. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this?

I should mention as well that I am unable to download the latest update because of this. When I enter my license key so that I can download the update, it generates an error. I am assuming it's because of the usage of a proxy server.

If there is an issue in the ISP backbone, unfortunately there is not much we can do about it. I am able to access the website and forum without issue. I have not seen other reports either so far.

Can you please send us an email at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com requesting the download of NinjaTrader.
