Alert Logs

Hi

My Alert logs stopped working this morning.
No more alerts.

I have tried (in chronological order):
- to reboot NT
- to delete cash
- to reboot the PC
- to reboot NT and IB
- to disable and enable the indicators

with no luck.

any suggestion?

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

What window are these alerts configured in? For example, a chart or a Market Analyzer?

What instrument(s) are these alerts applied to?

If you create a new chart alert that is guaranteed to trigger immediately, for example, with a condition of "data series > numeric value zero', do you see this alert trigger?

starting from the last question. yes, if I create a new alert trigger I would see the alert but D3SpotterV3B indicator on my charts (12 instruments) stopped showing alert this morning. Before it was continuous stream of low, medium and high priority messages.

I am unfamiliar with this add-on. Please clarify - are the alerts created manually for this indicator? Or are these alerts something which you configure within the indicator itself?

Are you certain the the conditions needed to cause an alert to trigger have occurred today?

Are there any errors in the log tab of the Control Center? If so, what does it report?

I've tried to relead the indicator on new chart and it is now working. probably other indicator where clashing with the embedded alert signals of the D3SpotterV3B. Not sure why. I'll try to understand and come back.
