PC updated now nt8 in-op

Hello.
I had turned off my pc and it had wanted an update, so I did update and turned it off.
After(10hours later) I attempt to turn nt8 back on and it is asking for NT8 id. Then a whole series of errors. It gives me a sim account.
Many indicators are not valid. etc.

Note I am also this week using an older pc on the side which I have nt7 on using a topsteptrader license(HELP>LICENSE KEY). Though in the past this pc had my current license. Right now I checked it shows the TST license in my older pc so my primary pc should be fine.


Can I send the log or have someone help assist me?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
