SetStopLoss()/SetTrailStop()/SetProfitTarget() should show signal name

SetStopLoss(), SetTrailStop(), and SetProfitTarget() all have overloads that accept an entry signal string.

When exit orders created by using those methods referring to an entry signal execute, they are shown on the charts as something generic with no reference to the signal name, (for example, just "Stop Loss") whereas the corresponding entry orders do show the signal name. This makes it unnecessarily difficult to figure out which signal's stop was hit by examining the chart, when multiple signals are in play for a strategy.

It would be very helpful to have those exit orders also refer to their signal name when they print to the chart.

If you need unique signal names use the Exit methods instead of the Set methods such as ExitLong().
