    Referencing other Instruments as Indicator

I trade ES and base my trades upon the NYSE Tick. I am used to Amibroker and can insert tick as an indicator and my backtesting etc....with no problem.
Can I reference the tick as an indicator?

Or in my Automating trading can I reference another instrument besides the one I am trading?

In Amibroker they have a simple function called foreign("tick","High") (is the Ticks high)

Does NT have something similar to that?

I am not sure I even have the correct thread or not.

    Thanks
    Eric
