Unfortunately we have no idea. You try several things:
- Tools->Options->Misc->Repair DB
- If still not working, then you could start of a fresh DB by
* backup your DB first File->Utilities->Backup
* terminating NT
* manually deleting file <my documents>/NinjaTrader6.5/db/NinjaTrader.mdb
* restarting NT
Note: you will loose all your trade and historical data

If issue still persists, then we would need a step by step scenario in order to reproduce.
