Can I split a chart panel into distinct charts?

I'm seeing a 'panel splitter' setting in the configuration panel but have no idea what it relates to. Is there a way to split one chart panel into several - like a grid?

I remember this being a hot feature request two years ago and I hope it has been added as pretty much every serious trading platform allows for that these days. Having to manually align chart panels into a grid is just a major pain.

Please advise.

Hey Christopher - not to be rude but this is something a LOT of people asked for about two years ago when we were beta testing NT8. Can you make sure there isn't already a feature request for this? If not then I'd be very surprised as I distinctly remember this being discussed back then.
