    Is NT8 down?

    My NT is simply down... It doesn't connect to continuum... It stopped all of a sudden... I had a position and 2 orders open and it wasn't updating.. I closed it and when I openned it again, it wasn't connecting. I tried connecting it in my wife's pc, but the same thing happened... Internet is working fine because I'm still browsing normally.

    Important: If these are live orders please contact your Brokerages orders desk to manage your open position.
    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    - Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    - Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    - Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    - Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Within the body of the email please add:
    ATTN RyanM
