In the strategy analyzer, I see the place to set date ranges, but I don't see a way to select a time of day. Is there any way to backtest just the first hour of each day selected?

Backtesting first hour of day only
I had a backtesting question.

Hello JayKeepsTrading,
Thank you for your note.
This currently is not possible via the Strategy Analyzer UI however I will submit a feature request for it.
The solution would be to include a time filter in your strategy to not trade outside of the desired time period. This would require some coding knowledge.
Below is a link to a sample which demonstrates how to use a time filter.
If you would like assistance in adding this to your strategy please let us know and I can someone reach out with a list of third parties that could write this.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.Alan P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
