Type text in the Output Window as trade inputs

this might be a feature but it would be cool to type in text/string in the NinjaScript Output window as commands to strategies like

"start" - start trade
"disable" -disable trade

"SMA10" - use SMA length 10 as initiate

You may want to review the Order Instruction Files interface that already exists, although this is geared towards strategies and is very limited in scope: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help..._files_oif.htm

If I understand correctly you want to use a "command" like language from a "console" type window to perform the action examples you provided. This likely would be very difficult to implement given that you would likely need to include which chart(s) to direct the command to.

Using the SMA example, keep in mind that each plot has plot style, dashstyle, width, and colors which are set as default but no doubt you would want to be able to specify any or all of those which would seem tedious and most users want to simplify with point and click.

The same would be true of a strategy and perhaps even more complex with the number of parameters that are possible. Please note that In the strategy tab today, once you have loaded a strategy on the chart, you need only click the "enable" checkbox to start or stop the strategy.
