conssistenly missing one hour of data

Hi,

My colleague from New Zealand downloaded historical data with Kinetick.
Strangely, the data from 9am-10am is missing for all days, below is an example.
What might be the reason?

My downloaded data, in Canada, is OK

Glad to assist. Are both you and your friend Kinetick subscribers? This may indicate the Free EOD connection is in use, or data is not enabled on their individual subscription at this time. The Kinetick team would be able confirm what should be allowed from the account side.

utilizator, I am assuming your colleague in New Zealand is using a NinjaTrader time zone of UTC+12? If not, what time zone are they using? Also, what instrument is this occurring on? Or is it all instruments? Give a few examples.

I am suspicious that this is just the expected afternoon gap for most futures which occurs between 5PM and 6PM Eastern US time. This would explain the gap:
