I have major problems with some customers when installing my product on their PC.
On my computer everything is always fine as for some customers bur for others I go through problems as listed in the trace and log files attached.
This comes from one of my customer PC.
I would need please remote help because I cannot send my code as this is proprietary and code file is just too huge.
Please would like to solve these problems for my customers as soon as possible before they jump back up to NT 7 !
