hi,

if i want to know number of currently bar i use CurrentBar.

but if i want to know number of 4 bars ago....how can i do it?

i find Bars.GetBars(DateTime) but it use DateTime..is no good

Every data series in NinjaTrader has a BarsAgo member. For instance, the closing price 4 bars ago is Close[4] . This is documented here,

One such series is the Times series. This series is documented here,

For example, the DateTime object 4 bars ago is at Times[4] .

Should you, for any reason, need to return the same BarsAgo value you pass into the times array with Bars.GetBar, you can do this like so :

Bars.GetBar(Times[4])

In this example, Bars.GetBar will return the number 4.

The CurrentBar index 4 bars ago can be retrieved via

CurrentBar - 4
