BarTimer and TickCounter

These two indicators BarTimer and TickCounter really need some help. Suggestions were made a few years back with tracking numbers but nothing has changed. Here are the issues;

1. Both indicators need font size and color options to make them useful on charts of different sizes, resolution, and background colors.

2. There is no need for all the text to clutter the chart if you have the indicators applied to a chart but you are using a different bar type, such as range bars, and telling you BarTimer or TickCounter does not work on your current bar type. I know you can check the boxes to hide the indicators, but it is beyond thinking as to why this text is needed other that a "DUH.."

Hopefully someone make these changes and make these indicators really useful.

I wanted to check, is this in regard to NT7 or NT8?

After confirming I will forward a feature request again.

Also, If the items are not to your liking and you needed assistance in duplicating and editing these indicators we would be more than happy to provide guidance where needed.

Currently the issue is with NT8, although these indicators suffered the same shortcoming for NT7. However, there are several custom alternatives for NT7 versions out there, but nothing for these NT8 indicators.

Most of the NT8 indicators are using NT custom resources that are not easily, short of the behind-the-scene knowledge of NT internals, available to create modified versions of such indicators.

In this case, I have simply commented out parts of the script to remove comments (notifications), but as far as the font size or font color modification, it is a major chore for a non-programmer.

Perhaps, you can request a modification to:

add font options and remove the un-necessary comments(notifications) or at least a choice to not show them.
