Strategy recognize life / sim account

Our strategy runs without problem in Sim mode.
But as soon as we switch to Life, our strategy does not recognize the life account.
It does not help reboot etc. Also, the manual editing of the strategy under Account Name has not had the desired result.

So I may best answer your question, could you please provide more information by what you mean by recognize the live account? What are you expecting the strategy to do vs what you're seeing?

I will try to explain it with an example
Let's say I have a Realmoney account and I over in Simulation from time to time.

The Real Account Name "Aylin" SimulationAccountname "SIM101

The strategy I work with is called "Autorisk" which transfers all transactions to the server.

This strategy runs only on the simulation account "SIM101"

Even if I change the account name under Stratey properties
no fill transfers

Hello Aylin,

If you open the output window under Control Center>Tool>Output window, then apply the attached indicator to a chart, you will see accounts printed to the window.

Can you confirm the print for your live account is exactly, Aylin?

sorry i need to mention that i our strategy developed for NT8 acutally we use the Verison 8.0.11.1
