NT8 Draw.ArrowUp

In NT7 I could use

arrowUp=Draw.ArrowUp(this,tag,IsAutoScale, 0, Low[0]-TickSize, dtUp);

and then access arrowUp.Barsago and arrowUp.Y

How can I do that in NT8 ?

Hello,

The same is possible, just the property has changed.

Drawing tools now use an Anchor system, some tools may have more than 1 anchor is the reason for this.

For a single anchor tool like an arrow, you could use the following:

ArrowUp myArrow = Draw.ArrowUp(this, "tag1", true, Time[0], Low[0] - (2 * TickSize), Brushes.Green);
Print(myArrow.Anchor.price);
Print(myArrow.Anchor.BarsAgo);

For multi anchor tools, you can use the collection of anchors:

foreach (ChartAnchor chartAnchor in myArrow.Anchors)
{
	Print(chartAnchor.Price);
}
