How to enable crosshair when double clicking on the char

I was doing this with a button in the toolbar, but like the idea of just being able to click on the chart instead.. Although I'm not sure using a double click is a good idea, as that brings up property windows and such, so I've used a triple click instead..

This indy will toggle crosshairs between Local and Off by left button triple clicking in chart area..

If NT would be so kind as to confirm that a dispatcher is not needed to add or remove those mouse events on lines 53 and 60, that would be greatly appreciated.. It works either way, but would prefer not to be using a dispatcher if it's not needed...
