Exclamation Data missing from current session

Hi,

In all my charts in NT8 Version 8.0.11.0 64-bit (Multi-Broker) the data from the current session is missing. If you do a "Reload all historical data" then what data is in the current session disappears and it start the session again.

Help. This makes it impossible to trade today as all the indicators based on historical data do not have the data from the current session.

On the attached screenshot see that current session starts at 17:41. Not 17:01. (Brisbane Australia Time).

Looking forward to a solution ASAP.

Default Data missing

I'm having the same problem. I have recovered previous version 8.0.10.0

same problem, some with missing data as fdax, fesx, 6e.
Some are ok as es, nq, ym...

I had the problem on forex futures, 6A, 6B etc.
My data provider is Continuum
I booted up a backup computer that is running NT8, version 6, same problem.
NT7 appears to be unaffected.
Data on NT8 appear to be populating normally now from 09:19 GMT.
Is there any way of reloading the missing data, have tried reloading all historical data, it did not work.

Default 6E missing data

Yes I am having the same problem too. Seems to be the same for all forex futures

ES is working fine per screenshot attached

I've got this problem also - can anyone confirm if rolling back to the previous version of Ninjatrader fixed this?

Hello,

We can confirm that the NinjaTrader 8 historical data server was missing new minute and tick data from 12.10.17 to current.

This applies to the ES, NQ, TF, 6E, and other currency futures on the 12-17 expiry with CQG/Continuum/NinjaTrader Continuum providers.

This data issue should now be resolved by right mouse clicking in your chart >Reload All Historical data.

Its still not resolved for me on 6E (I never had any missing data on others)

Tried the following:

- Reload Historical Data
- Historical data downloader
- Deleting all historical data & restarting Ninjatrader (NT initially loads with blank charts... after I connect, it downloads data and I still have Gaps in 6E)

I still have problems with the EUREX (FESX, FDAX ecc)
today's historical data series starts after 10:18 AM





instead of at 8:01 AM (Frankfurt time) as friday the 8th

Default FDAX is still missing

Sadly, the fdax data are still missing, and the today's stream started only in about 2.35 hours after today's session started, however it was all ok in the the early morning.
Reloading historical data through reload all historical data option helps in no way.
