    Unable to cancel order on expired contract

    I have an open buy order for 1 contract on CL October contract (SIM only)
    so its more of a pain than a big problem, because each time I log off Zenfire (AMP)
    NT prompts me and asks if I really want to "disconnect" as there is an open order.

    I have tried numerous times to "cancel" the order by using the " cancel order" button
    in the control panel, but this has no effect

    I am presently running latest version ot NT7 but I could not cancel this order on NT 6.5 either which I was using up until last friday

    What can i do?

    Thank you for your post.

    You will want to reset the SIM 101 account. Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade activity from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.
    1. From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    2. Select the "Simulator" tab
    3. Press the "Reset" button

    Please let me know if this does not correct the issue.
