Error on loading chart data Unauthorized user

I am trying to load chart data for CL future and getting the following error message:

Error on loading chart data for 'CL ##-## Nymex'. E.Unauthorized user ID.

No problem loading other charts. I have tried other expiry dates as well as well as continuous with same error. Any help on what would cause this? Using IQFeed.

Have tried restarting Nt also.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160519.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160519.txt"

Who is the data provider?

Are you being billed the $117/month that the ICE exchange is demanding of all users? If not, the you are not authorized for the data. Contact your broker or data provider as the case may be.
