Default I want to ask a question

How do I determine if a bar closes at the top 25% of the bars range?

double barRange = High[0] - Low[0];
double topRange = High[0] - (.25 * barRange);
bool top25 = false;
if (Close[0] >= topRange)
top25 = true;

Hello kieutrinh96,

Thank you for the post.

You would do something to this effect to determine if the bar closed above 75% of the bars range.

protected override void OnBarUpdate()
			double range = High[0] - Low[0];
			double perc = range * 0.75;
			double finalvalue = Low[0] + perc;
			if(Close[0] > finalvalue)
				Print(finalvalue + " finalvalue");
				Print(Close[0] + " Close");
Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.
