    Strategy Start Behavior

    Hello,

    I just made an strategy for nasdaq and when i put the inmediately submit, syncronize account it appears a balance and the strategy make an order to conciliate, it doesn't happen with another strategy that i have in the ES.

    What should i do, i just want the strategy to operate normally like the other one.

    Thank you for your note.

    Are you seeing any errors in the log tab of the control center?

    If instead of applying the strategy in ES with immediately submit synchronize account, and apply it with WaitUntilFlat, is the strategy listed in yellow or green in the strategies tab?

    I suspect the issue is the strategy applied to the ES does not have a historical position to synchronize.

      Hi Alan,

      There is no errors in the log tab, when i put the strategy with wait until flat, syncronize account it turns yellow.

      In the ES the strategy is in inmediately submit, syncronize account and i restarted everytime when i turn off/on the computer, and nothing like this happened.

        Apply the strategy to ES with Wait Until Flat, (Not Synchronize).

        What color is the strategy?
