Adjusting/Changing Limit Orders via click and drag while having a position open

    Hey Folks.

I'm new to NinjaTrader 8 and I'm looking to incorporate a simple OCO bracket order on the DOM. I currently use a 12 tick (3pt) Limit Order and 6 tick stop order as my bracket parameter. So far my limit order/stop order cancel out when I try to adjust them (manually drag them to desired prices).

Example. If I'm long 67's on the S&P my stop should be 65.5 and my limit 70. If the market moves in my direction by 2 points (69's) and stalls for some time I may want to exit at this price. I've used TOS and the T4 platform in the past where I can click and drag the orders in the DOM. However on Ninja I cant do that. I end up cancelling one of the bracket orders when I try.

    Can any1 help with this.

    Thanks!!!!!

    Hello BidnAsk,

    Welcome to the NinjaTrader Forums.

The SuperDOM and Chart Trader orders use a click to pick up and click to drop method to move. (They cannot be dragged with the left mouse button down)

Below I am providing a publicly available link to the training video on Order Entry 101.

As well as a publicly available link to the training videos for NinjaTrader 8.
