please tell me how to recover ninja username and password.

my username and password are being requested in the course of doing a ninja trader complete reinstall. I don’t remember and can't find a record of those two pieces of information... please tell me how to recover ninja username and password.

This is for your broker connection? You'd have to contact them?

Do you have any backups? If this is the same machine, you should be able to cut and paste the XML for the connection out of the config file in the main My Documents/Ninjatrader 8 folder into the new one. (Or even copy the file). [I haven't tested trying this on a new machine].
