My apologies, I meant to state eSignal and IQFeed. Unfortunately, IB does not support continuous instruments. I have edited my initial post as well.

You will need to merge contracts to create a continuous contract.

Now IB supports continuous instruments and it is possible to trade soon.

Is it the same like Continuous contracts are supported with eSignal and IQFeed in our software.?
Do I will need to set the Expiry to ##-##.?

Unfortunately continuous contracts (##-##) are not supported with Interactive Brokers in NinjaTrader.

By default, NinjaTrader will merge historical data from previous expiry months if enough historical data is requested.
