    PFG connector problems

    Could you please help?

    I can’t seem to solve this problem with the PFG connector. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app twice with no outcome.

    Could you please recommend a next step?

    Please clarify which version of NinjaTrader 7 you are using as well as which version of the PFG API software you have installed.

      Thanks for the reply.

      I'm using NT 7.0.0.23. And PFG connector 1.0.0.445.

      I have followed the NT7 link for the PFG connector.

              Uninstall / re-install NT really the only answer huh? Ok. I'll give that a go.

                Thanks for your help on this.

                Good news, I now have connectively.

                However, a funny thing has happened. I appear to have lost my “stocks” listing within the Instrument Manager. Could you please help me here? What’s happened?

                  What exactly do you mean, your default list is missing the stocks, or are they completely gone?

                  If they are missing in the Default instrument list, you need to add them back manually by highlighting them in the middle section and move them to the list with the '<' button.

                  If they have completely disappeared, try resetting your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset instruments.

                  If these were manually added instruments, you would need to redo this again. Keep in mind that you can import Stocklists.

                      I do have the exact same problem. I'm using NT 7.0.1000.1 and PFGAPI 1.0.445. So what's the solution for this problem?

                        Laker,

                        They told me to uninstall and re-install NT. However, I would suggest that you have someone from NT Support reply. I don't know why they saw to fit to issue it to me via email.
