Data not loading

Hi,

it happend several times that at the session start I can't see data loading on charts. Then I have to exit and restart NT in the middle of the session.

I followed the advices I found in two posts:

but the problem still remains the same

Any tip to solve this?

Am I correct your charts also get stuck on 'Loading data'?

Do you receive real-time data in the Control Center-->Orders-tab or SuperDOM for the same instrument?

What version do you have installed? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About.

Do you notice any consistencies between the occurrences?

I think I saw the problem but I don't know how to solve it.

Historical data loads on restart but it gets stuck on the last session. No real time data is loaded on the chart. In the DOM data is being received.

I saw in the data series properties box of the chart that in some charts the "End date" is fixed in the date of the past session. Just changing it tothe present date data loads.

Why in some charts End Date displays the wrong date and in others ther right one after restarting? There is any setting in NT to fix this?

The charts should reflect today's date as 'End date' automatically. There is no setting in NinjaTrader that controls this.

Now that the 'End date' is setup correctly in each chart, please let me know if the issue recurs and send me your workspace.
