Drawing tools - support/resistance lines

Hi


Any way when we draw horizontal support/resistance lines on higher time-frame charts, that they automatically appear on lower time frame charts?


ie draw on daily, it appears on 5 min chart.

Thanks for your post.

Yes, after you create the line (or any drawing object) on the daily chart, change the line to be a "Global" line that will show on all charts of the same instrument.

This can be done in both NT7 and NT8, by double left clicking on the line you want to make global and in the:

(NT7) line properties window, change the "Attach to" to "...all charts" where ... represents the instrument name of the chart. Please see "Understanding local vs. global drawing objects": https://ninjatrader.com/support/help..._tools__ob.htm

I haven't tried this yet but I already noticed that if I draw a line on a daily chart, then change the time interval on that same chart to a lower timeframe, the line remains - OK.


But if I have two charts open simultaneously, a daily and a 5 min, if I draw on the daily, it does not appear on the 5 min.



Will your suggestion make that happen?
