Yes. I will assume CQG is your provider for this example:

"Orders in a state "Accepted" or "Working" are at the exchange. If the exchange does not support a specific order type, the order will be active on the CQG servers."

So, if the 'pending' order you're referring to is in one of the states above, it will be executed even if NinjaTrader is disconnected. However, since ATM's are platform-side and not server-side, your ATM strategy orders would not be submitted and you would be left with an open unprotected position in this scenario.

In all cases, you need to remain connected for the duration of your ATM strategy order/position for them to function without issue.
