Modify tick volume and create CVB chart

For each tick during a certain time period, I would like to double the volume and have NT create a constant volume chart based on this multiplied volume. Is this possible?

    Hello Josh,

This would be possible to do in real-time, however if you wanted this to be stored in your database, you would need to use a custom SQL database to store the multiplied data.

How would I go about it real time?
And, what is the best way to create the SQL database?

You would have to build a custom bar type in order to reconstruct these bars under your conditions.

We do not have any documentation on creating custom bar types. I'd suggest looking at our bar types under (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\custom\Type folder and the @BarType.cs file

A Custom SQL Database could not be supported by us - you can try searching this forum here for community feedback how connect to your own custom SQL database.
