    Ninjatrader 7 keeps freezing-Not Responding

    Hello, my NT7 has repeatedly froze/crashed with the "Not Responding error." It would work for awhile and then without notice when I when I put my mouse pointer on a chart it would immediately turn into the spinning wheel. Sometimes if I waitied a few moments it would clear up, but only to happen a few minutes later.

    I noticed that I had an old workspace open, so I closed that and restarted, but now when I open my connection, it would give the Not responding error/spinning wheel..

    Please help.

    Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      Hello AlanS,

      I am not sure if you received my files, because I may have missed your reply.

      NT7 is still giving me the Not Responding message with the spinning wheel. However, it has not been as frequent. I start up NT7 and load my new work space with 3 charts..I am able to place trades, and it works as normal for awhile. Then I may return to my charts afterwards and notice the spinning wheel and Not Responding message.

      What should I do to get this resolved?

      I appreciate your assistance.

        It appears that I never received your files - please attempt once more to send me a mail from the platform, and let me know if you receive any errors or see any errors listed in the log tab once you've done so.
