NT8 won't save work spaces

HI Everyone,

I'm using NT8 and it will not save WorkSpaces. I go to workspaces with my work space open and I click 'save as'. The workspace name that I created shows up in the list of workspaces, but when I click on it to open it, nothing happens.

Please help!

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
