Position Not Closing

Hi,

I trade an atm that uses two targets.
When the trades are over ie, stopped, target hit, closed and I open anew position, part of the closed trade seems to carry over to the new trade even after flattening all.
This can be identified in the pdf i have attached.
The ghost trades also appear on the trade performance.

Do you know how to rectify this?

I'll need more information than is provided in the screenshot to diagnose what occurred.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
