Connecting to Rithmic and Kinetick datafeeds behind firewall

I am trying to connect to my live data feeds behind a network firewall.

My live datafeeds are Kinetick and Rithmic.

For Kinetick is it HDS11.NinjaTrader.com/31654 that needs to be opened?

What are the IP-addresses and ports for Rithmic´s live datafeed?

KineTick uses the following IP addresses and port numbers to establish a connection. The IP address and port number you refer are from the NinjaTrader historical data server.

*.interquote.com
*.7ticks.com

Port 31654
Port 60020

How do you unable these through the firewall? I have looked at my firewall settings and can't figure out how to configure it so i can get ninja to work when i'm on an open wifi. It only works on my home wifi. I'm using ninja 7. thanks

These may be settings that need to be changed on the network router.

What kind of firewall is used on the network router?

Are you able to ping these addresses and ports in the CMD window without using NinjaTrader?

With telnet are you able to establish a connection without an error message?


Possibly using a VPN on a public network would allow you to securely connect. However, this may also cause high latency.
