I've stopped my live subscription for CL (crude oil) so every time i load my CL charts NT keeps telling me i'm not authorized. However, i want NT to load the historical data which i've been downloading for months how do i do that?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thank you for the response.

You will need to be disconnected from any data provider, set the date range you want to view on your chart's data series and your existing historical data should load in the chart.
