The "Instrument" drop down list contains the instruments from the Default Instrument List you have set up in the Instrument Manager. To change an instrument you can either select an instrument from this list, or type in the name of an instrument directly such as "MSFT" for Microsoft.

A list of all connected accounts will be listed in the "Account" drop down list. To change the account select the account you wish to trade through via this drop down list.
